产品概览

YHWT-A 系列一体化预制泵站是工厂整体预制、地埋安装的排水 / 污水提升泵站，适用于无法自流排水的场景。筒体采用计算机控制纤维缠绕玻璃钢（GRP）一次成型，厚度均匀；集成潜污泵、自动耦合导轨、管阀、液位传感、格栅、控制与通风系统。整站出厂前完成集成与测试，现场整体吊装即可，大幅缩短土建与安装周期。按项目配置配泵台数、流量、扬程、功率与集水箱容积。

Pumps, guide rails, internal pipes, valves, level instruments, screening and controls are coordinated as one equipment package. The quotation defines assembly and inspection scope.

Automatic couplings and guide rails support pump removal through the access opening. Sump geometry and maintenance arrangements are confirmed in the project design.

Level signals provide automatic pump start and stop. Pump alternation, standby response, alarms and logging are included where identified in the agreed control schedule.
