A strategic investment in Hainan Free Trade Port
In 2024, Yuanheng acquired a 100-mu (approx. 66,700 m²) site in the Xiangqiong Advanced Manufacturing Co-Built Industrial Park, Dongfang City, and construction of a new manufacturing base is underway. According to the current development plan, the facility will include four production workshops, one office building and two employee dormitory buildings.
The project marks a milestone in Yuanheng's long-term manufacturing strategy for domestic and international markets.
Why Hainan Free Trade Port
Hainan Free Trade Port is China's flagship platform for open economic development, with investment-attraction policies aimed at advanced manufacturing. These include zero-tariff treatment on imported production equipment for qualifying enterprises, a reduced 15% corporate income tax rate for encouraged industries, and streamlined trade and investment procedures. As the base develops, Yuanheng expects this policy environment to support efficient build-out and competitive operating costs.
Located on the island's western coast, Dongfang City offers direct access to port infrastructure and South China Sea shipping lanes, with growing connections to Southeast Asian and Middle Eastern markets — a natural fit for an export-oriented manufacturing project.
What it means for export customers
The Hainan base is planned with international orders in mind. Once operational, it is expected to add capacity near southern China's export gateways, giving customers additional supply options and flexible arrangements for shipments to Southeast Asian, Middle Eastern and other markets.

Built on an established foundation
The project builds on an established base: Yuanheng has manufactured water treatment equipment since 2010, and current orders — including pre-galvanized steel tube for fabrication markets — are produced at the company's Jiangsu production base.
