Founded in 2010, Hangzhou Yuanheng Automation Technology Co., Ltd. is an environmental equipment manufacturer integrating R&D, design, manufacturing, and sales. Its key product lines include wastewater treatment equipment, integrated prefabricated pump stations, secondary water supply equipment, low-temperature plasma air purifiers, and pre-galvanized steel pipes. Production runs at our Jiangsu base, with a new base under construction in the Hainan Free Trade Port. Galvanized tube on the market follows two routes. Hot-dip galvanized (HDG) tube is formed first, then dipped in a zinc bath — heavy coatings, used for water lines, fire protection and heavy structures. Galvanized tube is roll-formed from zinc-coated steel strip — coating graded in (40 / 60 / 80 g/m²), lighter and uniform on flat surfaces. For furniture frames, fencing and guardrails, greenhouse structures, racking and general fabrication, pre-galvanized tube is the industry workhorse: clean surface, tight dimensional control, easy to powder-coat, and cost-effective. When you specify tube, match the route to the job. If your project standard requires a thick post-galvanized coating, ask your supplier to confirm coating weight in writing. Yuanheng rolls pre-galvanized tube — round, square and rectangular — in walls from 0.6 to 2.5 mm with Z40/Z60/Z80 (40/60/80 g/m²) coating, from 1-ton lots, at its Jiangsu base.
